A 3 hour workshop to help you transition smoothly through this period in your life. We will explore diet and lifestyle tips that might help with your symptoms, guide you through the best foods to help you through the next stage of your life and talk about the importance of exercise and what you can do to help keep your bones and joints strong.
Overview of the day
9-9.15am arrival
9.15-9.30am a talk about the importance of strength training as we get older
9.30-10am a strength workout (exercise clothes, or leggings and t-shirt needed)
10-10.30am recipe demos and tasting
10.30-11.30 talk on diet and lifestyle tips to help you transition through the next stage in your life
11.30-12 recipe demo and tasting
Price includes all of the above and a fabulous goodie bag.
Exercise mats will be available but do bring your own if you would prefer.
