Improving your gut health is often the first place to start on your health journey. If your digestive system is out of sync this can manifest as bloating, upset stomach, embarrassing bathroom habits, bad breath, wind, fatigue, foggy head, malaise, bad mood and general feeling not on par (to name but a few).
This 3 hour workshop is ideal if you want to reset your health, struggle to lose weight or have digestive issues that need addressing. We delve into the digestive system with tips to support optimum digestion and a healthier gut.
The workshop also includes a talk about why we all need to improve our core strength to avoid injury and a workout with exercises to try at home. There will be two recipe demos (and samples) of easy to make foods to help your digestive system.

9-9.15am arrival
9.15-9.30am a talk about the importance of core strength
9.30-10am a core strength workout (exercise clothes, or leggings and t-shirt needed)
10-10.30am recipe demos and tasting
10.30-11.30 talk on how to improve your digestive health
11.30-12 recipe demo and tasting
