This plan is suitable for omnivores - those that eat meat, fish and pulses.
We have designed this plan to be suitable for those in their midlife. We have ensured it is blood sugar balancing to help with both weight loss and improved insulin response which can become impaired during our midlife. It contains plenty of protein to help prevent muscle mass loss and enough healthy fats to lower risk of heart disease. We have also tried to ensure there’s calcium and magnesium to help maintain healthy bones and prevent bone loss as well as some phytoestrogens which can help to reduce incidence of hot flushes that can occur at this time of our lives.
The plan is for 7 days, contains a handy shopping list and all the recipes. Most of the recipes are exclusive and you will not find them on our website.
