super berry smoothie bowl
Who does not like a smoothie? But sometimes if you’re at home it’s nice to actually enjoy it in a bowl. I find it easier to eat mindfully when sitting at a table, and using a spoon, rather than just sipping! This smoothie bowl is a total crowd pleaser at home with eaters of all ages! We always keep fruit in our freezer so we can enjoy colourful smoothie bowls all year round.
ingredients
serves 1
170-200g High Protein greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons berry powder ( we really like ArticPower berry powder)
1/2 banana, sliced
3-4 fresh strawberries, halved
Handfull fresh raspberries
1 teaspoon shelled hemp seeds
OPTIONAL:
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
Sprinkle of toasted almonds or other nuts
method
Add the greek yoghurt to a breakfast bowl
Add the berry powder and mix well
Add the fruits, seeds and nuts and enjoy!
TIP: you could add a few tablespoons of oats, some chia seeds, ground flaxseeds
